1. Try shapewear.

This is an easy solution that requires no additional time or effort on your part. If you have a clinging dress or a tight-fitting blouse that you'd like to wear, but you're self-conscious about bulges, try some shapewear. Shapewear are garments that you put on underneath your clothes. They're tight since they are designed to hold your stomach, thighs, and other parts of your body securely in place. Shapewear can give you a more svelte silhouette; it can even do away with visible underwear lines that can ruin the look of your outfit.

2. Include more exercise in your day.

Everyone knows that exercise can help you lose weight. However, when you're already busy, it can seem almost impossible to make time to go to the gym. Try to find small ways to get more exercise each day. Take a short walk during your lunch break to get your blood moving and your heart rate up. Going for a walk after dinner can be a great way to bond with your loved ones while burning a few calories. Look for small changes you can make and you'll be on your way to a trimmer body.

3. Invest in body contouring.

Over the next few weeks, those fat cells will die, and they'll be safely eliminated from your system. The fat removed through body contouring won't come back, so you won't need to schedule repeat sessions of body contouring if you're happy with the results.
